30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund on your first paid month if you are not satisfied with the Service — no questions asked.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund under our money-back guarantee, you must:

  • Be a paying subscriber (trial users are not eligible for a refund, as the trial is free).
  • Submit your refund request within 30 days of your first payment being charged.
  • Contact us via email at support@twinnio.co with the subject line "Refund Request".

2. What Is Covered

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first paid monthly charge only. If you have been subscribed for more than one billing cycle, only the most recent charge may be refunded, and only if the request is made within 30 days of that charge.

3. What Is Not Covered

  • Trial users: The free trial period is provided at no cost, so no refund is applicable.
  • Pro-rated refunds: We do not offer pro-rated or partial refunds for unused days within a billing period.
  • Requests after 30 days: Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the relevant charge are not eligible.
  • Accounts terminated for policy violations: If your account was terminated due to a breach of our Terms & Conditions, you are not eligible for a refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to support@twinnio.co with:

  • Your registered email address.
  • The date of the charge you are requesting a refund for.
  • A brief description of the issue (optional, but helpful).

We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method and may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for previous charges. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us separately at support@twinnio.co.
